These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by Owtbnd ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Michael Ukaegbu. By purchasing a service on owtbnd.com, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Owtbnd delivers GTM systems and outbound data services including:

Lead sourcing based on your ICP and brief
Enriched lead data and signal-based segmentation
Weekly lead drops and performance reviews
Strategy calls and Slack-based support
System pivots and GTM insight reporting

All services are packaged as a monthly subscription, with automatic renewal unless cancelled.

2. Subscription & Billing

Services are billed on a monthly recurring basis through Stripe.
Your subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel in line with our cancellation policy.
Upon successful payment, you receive a welcome email, onboarding instructions, and access to service delivery.
